A: Installation is free in most cases. We provide equipment, stocking, and maintenance at no cost to the location. You only need to provide space and power.
Q: Is there a contract or long-term commitment?
A: Depending on the size of the project, we typically start with a 12-month agreement. From there it scales with the size of your location and the equipment we invest in. In almost all cases, that investment comes at little to no cost to you.
Q: How often do you restock the machines?
A: Restocking frequency depends on foot traffic and product demand, but most locations are visited weekly or more often if needed.

Q: What types of vending machines do you offer?
A: We offer snack machines, beverage machines, combo snack/drink machines, and specialized models depending on location needs.
Q: Can we choose the products stocked in our machine?

A: Customers scan the cooler, unlock it, take what they want, and walk away. Their card or phone wallet is automatically charged through cameras and sensors detecting which products were taken.
Q: Is the Smart Cooler secure?
A: Yes, the door only unlocks after payment authorization, and the technology detects all items removed.

A: A Micro Market is a self-service convenience store for workplaces and residential communities. It includes open shelving, coolers, freezers, and a self-checkout kiosk.

A: Micro markets offer a larger variety, fresh meals, healthier options, frozen items, and a modern shopping experience with self-checkout technology.
Q: How much space is required?
A: A micro market can fit in as little as 50–100 sq ft, but larger spaces allow for an expanded variety.

A: Customers check out using our secure kiosk or mobile app with credit/debit card, employee accounts, or digital wallet.
Q: Do Micro Markets require attendants?
A: No. They are fully self-service, and we remotely monitor inventory and visit regularly for restocking and maintenance.

INSTALLATION & REQUIREMENTS
Q: What do you need from us to get started?
A: Just a small amount of space and electrical power. For micro markets, Wi-Fi or Ethernet is also required.
Q: How quickly can you install?
A: Depending on what machine we order. Most installations are completed within a few days once the setup is approved. Machines that need to be ordered or shipped can take 2-3 weeks.
Q: Do we need to manage the machines?
A: No. We handle everything—stocking, maintenance, cleaning, repairs, product sourcing, and spoilage.
SERVICE & MAINTENANCE
Q: How do you handle service calls?
A: You can reach us by phone, email, or through our service portal. We aim for same-day or next-day resolution.
Q: What if a customer loses money?
A: Though rare nowadays, refunds are processed quickly. It will take 24-48 hours to process.
Q: How do you monitor inventory levels?
A: All machines, coolers, and markets use remote monitoring technology so we know when to restock and what’s selling.
BILLING & PRICING
Q: Does our company or building pay for the products?
A: No! Products are purchased individually by customers. The host location pays nothing unless special arrangements are requested.
Q: Can pricing be customized?
A: Yes. We work with you to set fair and competitive pricing based on your location and product selection.
