HAHA vs. Vendera vs. Qingo: Choosing an AI Smart Cooler

If you are shopping for an AI smart cooler, you have probably narrowed it down to a few brands. We sell and install three of them: HAHA, Vendera and Qingo. All three use cameras and AI to see what a customer takes and charge their card automatically. The differences are in the details, and those details decide which one fits your location.

HAHA: the widest range

HAHA offers twelve models, more than any other brand we carry. That range is its biggest strength.

  • Sizes from the 22.8-inch-wide Mini 360 to the double-door Ultra 1200.
  • A true freezer, the Frozen 550, for ice cream and frozen meals.
  • The O Line (O-Pro 500, O-Max 700, O-Elite 900) with frameless glass fronts for premium lobbies.
  • Models with built-in advertising screens, such as the Max+ 620S.
  • A Pro 542 version with a Nayax card reader for operators already on Nayax.

Choose HAHA when you need a specific size, a freezer, or a model that looks right in a high-end space.

Vendera: one platform for a whole fleet

Vendera builds four models, all running the same AI system and the same Vendera VMS management software.

  • The Core fits through a standard doorframe and runs quietly at 45 dB.
  • The Apex adds about 15% more capacity and an optional 24.7-inch display.
  • The Atlas is a double-door flagship with 672+ product capacity.
  • The Arctic runs from −13°F to 71.6°F, so it can sell frozen, chilled or ambient products.
  • Every Vendera includes a 2-year machine warranty and a 5-year compressor warranty.

Choose Vendera when you plan to run several machines and want one simple dashboard, or when you value the longer warranty.

Qingo: built tough, with flexible payment

Qingo offers five models on a reinforced steel cabinet with a center-lock door tested for 100,000 open-and-close cycles.

  • Every model takes a Nayax or Pax card reader and includes a display screen.
  • The Pair 1208 has two doors so two customers can shop at once.
  • The Queen 509 adds a digital advertising display you can update remotely.
  • The compact Ten 409 weighs just 180 pounds for easy moves.

Choose Qingo for high-traffic or industrial sites, or when you want flexibility on the payment hardware.
