How much does it cost to install your machines?
Installation is free in most cases. We provide the equipment, stocking and maintenance at no cost to the location. You only need to provide space and power.
How often do you restock the machines?
Restocking depends on foot traffic and demand, but most locations are visited weekly, or more often if needed.
What payment methods do your machines accept?
All machines accept credit and debit cards, mobile wallets like Apple Pay and Google Pay, and tap-to-pay. Traditional machines can also take cash and coins.
Can we choose the products?
Yes. We build a custom menu around your staff, residents or customers, including specific snacks, drinks or healthy items you request.
Do you offer healthy or specialty products?
Yes. Gluten-free, vegan, low-sugar, protein-packed and keto options are available in vending, micro markets and smart coolers.
How quickly can you install?
It depends on the machine. Most installations are done within a few days of approval. Machines that need to be ordered or shipped can take 2 to 3 weeks.
What if a customer loses money?
Though rare, refunds are processed quickly, usually within 24 to 48 hours.
