A smart cooler is one of the most-used pieces of equipment in a building. People walk up to it several times a day. That makes it valuable space, and a custom wrap turns it from a generic machine into something that looks like it belongs to your brand.
One of our favorite installs is a cooler wrapped for a Salt Lake City auto dealership, finished to match the showroom. Customers waiting on service grab a drink from a machine that looks like part of the brand experience.
What a wrap is
A wrap is a printed vinyl film applied to the cabinet sides and front frame. It covers the stock graphics with your logo, colors, photography or a custom design. It does not affect the glass, the cameras or how the cooler works, and it can be replaced later if your branding changes.
Where branded coolers make sense
- Car dealerships and showrooms where customers wait.
- Hotel lobbies and front-of-house spaces.
- Corporate headquarters that want the breakroom to match the office design.
- Gyms and fitness studios that sell their own supplements or brand partners.
- Apartment communities that want amenities to match the property’s look.
Design tips that work
- Keep the front simple. The products behind the glass are the main event.
- Put your logo high on the sides where it is visible from across the room.
- Use your brand colors, but keep enough contrast that the “tap to unlock” instructions stay easy to read.
- Add a short message, such as “Grab & Go” or “Fuel for the team,” instead of a wall of text.
Go digital with an ad display
For more flexibility than a static wrap, some coolers include a built-in screen. The HAHA Max+ 620S, the Vendera Apex and the Qingo Queen 509 can play videos and promotions that you update remotely. Use it to feature new products, promote an event or sell ad space to partners.
Hosted or owned
Branding options are available whether we place the cooler through full-service vending or you buy your own. Ask about branding when you request a quote, and we will walk you through what is possible for your model and space.
